Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

Fressco is committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that in some cases, you may need to cancel or modify your order. This policy has been put in place to ensure transparency and clarity regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before 24 hours of the service appointment:
    You can cancel the service without any additional fees if the cancellation is made before 24 hours of the scheduled service time. A full refund will be provided.

  • Cancellation after 24 hours of the service appointment:
    If the service is canceled after 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of [insert percentage or amount] of the total service charge will apply.

  • No cancellation after the service provider has arrived:
    If the service provider arrives at the location and service has commenced, cancellation will no longer be possible, and the service will be considered completed. Payments made in this case are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund before 24 hours of the service appointment:
    If the service is canceled before 24 hours of the scheduled service, a full refund will be processed to the same payment method used by the customer.

  • Refund after 24 hours of the service appointment:
    If the service is canceled after 24 hours, the cancellation fee (as mentioned earlier) will be deducted from the paid amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

  • Non-refundable amounts:
    If the service provider arrives at the location and discovers that the tank is full or there is another issue, such as a malfunctioning pump or any other issue preventing service execution, the paid amounts will be non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the customer must contact the support team via available communication channels (phone, email, or live chat in the app), providing a clear reason for cancellation. The request will be reviewed and processed in accordance with this policy.

4. Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Fressco reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes by updating this policy on the website or app.
