Terms and Conditions of Fressco Platform

Introduction

These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and the Fressco platform (referred to as "the platform," "we," or "Fressco") regarding your use of our services, which include ordering water tankers, sewage services, and the maintenance and cleaning of water tanks. By using this platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

  • The platform: The website or app that provides services for water tankers, sewage, and water tank maintenance and cleaning.

  • Service: Includes water tanker delivery, sewage services, and tank maintenance and cleaning.

  • The customer: Any individual who uses the platform’s services by registering or placing an order through the app or website.

2. Using the Service

  • The customer must provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing an order.

  • The customer must provide sufficient access to the site where the service is to be performed.

  • The platform reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if it is determined that the customer has not provided accurate information or failed to comply with the terms of service.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking is made through the app or website according to the platform's procedures.

  • The service cost is determined based on the type of service and the time and location.

  • The customer is required to pay the amounts specified using the payment methods approved by the platform.

  • All payments are subject to the platform's refund policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • The customer is not allowed to cancel the service before 24 hours of the scheduled service time, as cancellations may result in losses for the platform.

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the service, they must do so before 24 hours of the scheduled service time. Cancellations made after this time will not be accepted, and the service will be considered confirmed, with the customer required to pay the full amount.

5. Non-Refundable Amounts

  • If the service provider arrives at the location and discovers that the tank is full or there is an issue with the pump (or any other issue that prevents the service from being completed), the amounts paid are non-refundable.

  • The platform reserves the right not to refund payments if there are insurmountable obstacles to completing the service (such as issues with the tank or equipment).

6. Customer's Obligations

  • The customer must provide a safe and suitable environment for the service to be carried out.

  • The customer must immediately report any problems or difficulties with the services provided through the platform's support channels.

  • The customer is prohibited from using the services for any illegal purposes or in ways that contradict public morals.

7. Platform's Obligations

  • The platform is committed to providing services of the highest quality and within the agreed time frame.

  • The platform will provide the necessary water tankers and equipment in accordance with approved specifications.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information you provide to us. This data is used only for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The platform reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through updated terms on the website or app.

10. Liability

  • The platform is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the service for purposes other than those authorized.

  • The platform’s liability is limited to providing the agreed-upon service according to the specifications, and it will not be responsible for any indirect consequences.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of any dispute related to the service or these terms, arbitration will be used in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
